Pet Policy
Retreat at Farmington Hills offers pet-friendly apartments and welcomes both cats and dogs. You'll find ample green spaces to walk your dog and a pet park where he can run free and meet new friends! We are one of the few communities in the area to welcome your large dog! For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and pet rent of $35 per month.
